RPet Suede Line: Made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, offering the softness and durability of suede without any animal cruelty.
ThaelyTex: Our in-house invention, an excellent leather replacement created exclusively from post-consumer plastic bags.
RPet Leather: Crafted entirely from recycled plastic bottles, providing the look and feel of traditional leather.
Bloom Eva Soles: Manufactured from algae, these soles offer exceptional comfort based on the principles of reflexology.
Castor Bean Oil Waste: Utilized in crafting insoles with arch support.

Domestic Shipping (India):
Shipping within India is free of charge.
International Shipping:
Shipping costs outside India vary. Please enter an accurate area code to view exact delivery charges. Delivery charges exclude local taxes and customs duties, which must be paid directly by the customer to local authorities. Thaely is not responsible for customs charges or disposal of orders due to lack of coordination with local customs. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines:
Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days.
Shipping time: 7–15 business days depending on destination.
Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp. Alternatively, track using the delivery partner’s website with your tracking number.
Refunds & Replacements:

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD orders incur a ₹100 fee at checkout. Exchanges due to customer reasons (e.g., size or color change) also incur a ₹100 fee. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
